You can’t optimize what you don’t measure. Before we start streamlining your workload, you need to analyze where your time is actually going.

How to do a time audit:

  1. Track everything you do for a full week (yes, everything—including email checking and social scrolling).
  2. Categorize each task as high-impact (drives revenue) or low-impact (busy work).
  3. Identify patterns and time-wasters that aren’t helping your business grow.

Most service providers realize they spend way too much time on admin work, client communication, and low-value tasks instead of activities that generate revenue. This is where optimization begins.

Step 2: Design Your Ideal 20-Hour Work Week

Once you have clarity on where your time is going, it’s time to intentionally structure your schedule to prioritize what actually matters.

Here’s how to create your ideal workweek:

  • Block off personal time first (family, workouts, downtime—protect your energy).
  • Dedicate specific days to deep work vs. client calls. Example: Client calls only on Wednesdays, marketing on Tuesdays, CEO work on Mondays.

2. Promote It Consistently

Once you create your freebie, talk about it everywhere:

  • Email list
  • Podcast or YouTube (if applicable)

3. Automate Lead Collection & Nurture Sequence

  • Use ManyChat or DMs to automatically deliver the freebie when someone comments a keyword.
  • Connect it to your email platform using Zapier.
  • Send a 3-5 email nurture sequence that builds trust and leads them into your paid offer.

This process allows you to generate leads without constantly chasing them, so clients come to you instead of you having to search for them.
